Who is responsible
Winroth Ventures AB (company reg. no. 559176-2363), Grev Turegatan 10 C, 114 46 Stockholm, Sweden, is the data controller. Questions and requests: [email protected].
What we keep and why
- When you sign up: your name, email and mobile number, to let you into the beta and to reach you about it.
- When you chat with Fridaiii: what you tell it (which part of town you live in, who you usually go out with, children's ages, your interests), your messages and how you react to the tips (for example which links you open and what you add to your calendar), to give you personal tips.
- When you share an event with a friend: your friend's mobile number, only to send that one tip once you've said yes. The number is stored encrypted until the tip is sent, then only as a code that can't be turned back into the number, so we can limit how often anyone gets tips and never text anyone who replied STOP again. Your friend sees your first name. (If you're that friend: reply STOP and you'll never hear from us again.)
- We never ask about, and don't keep, health, religion, politics or sexuality. Children are only ever described by age, never by name.
Legal basis: providing the service you signed up for (contract). For a friend's number: legitimate interest, passing on a tip you asked us to send. Your mobile number is stored encrypted. Fridaiii is for people aged 18 or over.
Who helps us
- Hetzner (Germany): the server and the database, in Helsinki.
- Cloudflare (USA): the network between you and the server.
- Sendblue (USA): sends and receives the messages on iMessage.
- An AI service (USA): helps write Fridaiii's replies based on your messages. It only gets what the reply needs.
Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
How long
Messages are kept for 90 days. Your profile is kept for as long as you use Fridaiii. Sign-ups that aren't let in are deleted when the beta ends.
Your rights
Want everything about you deleted? Text DELETE MY DATA to Fridaiii and confirm, and it's all removed at once: your profile, messages and sign-up. You can also ask at any time what we keep about you, correct it or have it deleted by emailing [email protected]. Reply STOP to Fridaiii and you'll get no more messages, straight away. You can also complain to the Swedish data protection authority (IMY, imy.se).
